Bowerman Construction was chosen by Tasca Automotive to complete the renovation of the Tasca Berlin Ford Auto/Truck Dealership in Berlin, CT. Highlights of construction include a complete renovation of the 8,000 sf showroom, including the addition of a new Ford Brand entry tower, a new cafeteria/kitchen and customer waiting areas, parts and service counters, and renovations to back of the house offices and operations.

The renovation of TASCA Automotive at the Ford Dealership in Seekonk, MA consisted of a complete renovation of the existing facility. Highlights from the project include construction of a new 4,000 sf showroom, new parts counter and service write up, a customer café, and lounge area. All the service bays received new epoxy coated floors, interior paint and high efficiency glass garage doors. Another major component of the project included coordinating re-grading and reconstruction of approximately 4.0 acres of parking lot, including paving and striping.
The Tasca Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership renovation in Westerly, RI included a 4000 sf addition of a new showroom, including new parts and service areas, waiting areas, and a customer café. Bowerman also renovated all service bays, installing epoxy flooring and new service doors, and added completely new parking lots, lighting and a vehicle/truck display area.

Bowerman also completed the addition of the 4,000 sf Lincoln Showroom at Tasca Automotive’s main campus of dealerships in Cranston, RI. The new Lincoln Showroom is compliant with Ford Land’s newest requirements meeting the Moda 360 design. The showroom includes a new café area with the latest Starbucks coffee station. The sales and waiting areas are decorated with comfortable leather chairs and high top lounge style tables.

Bowerman Construction was hired to oversee the design and renovation of the 35,000 sf Chevrolet Auto Dealership. The project included the complete renovation of a two-tiered showroom, sales offices, café, restrooms, waiting areas, service write up, drive aisle and collision center, as well as a new “Chevrolet Entry Tower.” An attractive stamped concrete entryway, exterior parking lot lighting and 4 acres of new parking lots were completed to greet all customers upon entry to the site.
