November Update– New Photos
October 22, 2015– Bowerman Associates announced it has begun the final phase of Construction on City Kitty Veterinary Care for Cats on 400 Hope Street in Providence. Bowerman Associates was hired as the General Contractor/CM. Phase 1 of the project began with the demolition of the existing Clarke’s Flower Shop followed by associated Site and Foundation work as final permitting and design were completed. Phase 2 includes the construction of a two story 4,500 sqft. wood frame building and all interior tenant improvements.
The 4,500 sqft building will have a 2,500 sqft. Veterinary Clinic, with an additional 1,500 sqft. of commercial tenant space available on 1st floor and three residential units for rent on the second floor.
