Bowerman Associates announced it has completed another renovation project for TASCA Automotive at the Ford Dealership located at 200 Fall River Ave. in Seekonk, Massachusetts.
The project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing facility. Highlights from the project include: the construction of a new 4,000 square foot showroom, new parts counter, new service write up, new restrooms, a customer café, as well as a new lounge area.
All the service bays received new epoxy coated floors and interior paint and new high efficiency glass garage doors. The entire facility and parking lot lighting systems were upgraded to LED high efficiency lighting in accordance with the National Grid’s rebate program.
Another major component of the project included the coordination and re-grading and re-construction of approximately 4.0 acres of parking lot, paving and striping.
Bowerman Associates was pleased to include the following team: Vision 3 Architects (Providence, RI) as the designer of the new/upgraded Ford Dealership, Diprete Engineering (Cranston, RI) as the Civil Engineer and Advance Electrical (Smithfield, RI) as the electrical subcontractor handling all electrical and lighting upgrades.
The completion of the Ford dealership marks the 3rd project that Bowerman Associates has been hired to complete for the Tasca Family in the last two years.
