Centreville Bank entrusted Bowerman Construction to oversee the construction and renovation of their existing occupied Corporate Operations Center in West Warwick, Rhode Island. The project was an 11 month multi-phased renovation in an active occupied corporate office with a full service bank branch. 

The project included the gut, renovation and conversion of 7 independent retail storefront suites into a commercial/ residential loan center. The entire 40,000 sf building received all new fire and life safety upgrades. A new four stop elevator was constructed in the middle of the building in order to achieve full handicapped accessibility at this multi-leveled building.

The existing annex/teller lobby was converted into a community-centric welcome center/coffee bar/conference area that can be used for local after hours community events. The basement suites were converted into conference rooms, cafeteria, restrooms, server and storage rooms. The exterior of the main Operations Center received complete updated finishes and new energy efficient doors, and windows, with new HVAC and electrical upgrades throughout.
